1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Online Business ’Tok (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement applies to all purchasers, regardless of which Program option is selected.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Program.

2. Program Overview
Online Business ’Tok is an online educational program offered by On Brand by Sarah, which may include:
Pre-recorded, asynchronous educational content

Live guided implementation support (mastermind investment only)

Group calls and/or community interaction (mastermind investment only)

Digital materials, templates, and video content
Participants may choose one of the following options at purchase:
2.1 Asynchronous Course
Self-paced, pre-recorded educational content

Lifetime access to the course materials

No direct access to Sarah, coaching, or live support
2.2 Live Guided Implementation Mastermind
Includes live group implementation support

Six (6) weeks of live access to Sarah via scheduled group calls

May include replays at the sole discretion of On Brand by Sarah

Program content, structure, delivery format, platforms, and scheduling are subject to change at any time.

3. Payments & No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to proprietary materials:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
This includes, but is not limited to: - Change of mind
- Inability to attend live calls
- Failure to complete or engage with the content
- Personal, medical, technical, or scheduling conflicts

Sharing login credentials or granting access to non-purchasers
This prohibition applies to all content, including but not limited to:

- Replays
- Slides

- Live call content
Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.
Violation of this section may result in: - Immediate removal from the Program without refund
- Revocation of lifetime access
- Legal action to protect intellectual property rights

5. License for Personal Use Only
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Program for your personal business use only.
You do not acquire ownership of any Program materials.

6. Community Standards & Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in any group environments, including live calls or community spaces.

- Income, growth, reach, or business success are not promised
- Results vary based on individual effort, experience, consistency, market conditions, and external factors

- Past results or testimonials are not guarantees of future outcomes
- Participation does not guarantee business success, income, or audience growth

8. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
The Program does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Any decisions you make based on Program content are made at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Brand by Sarah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
This includes, but is not limited to: - Loss of income or profits
- Business interruption
- Platform outages
- Technical issues

10. Force Majeure
On Brand by Sarah shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, platform outages, or internet failures.

11. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court litigation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
